Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manager in Mutual Fund Sales at Navi in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in driving mutual fund sales and business growth through fostering strong client relationships, leveraging market insight, and engaging in strategic collaborations. Your responsibilities will include expanding the client base, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Actively prospect new clients, such as individual investors, financial advisors, and institutions, to promote the company's mutual fund offerings. - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive business growth. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance sales and product awareness. - Stay informed about the latest market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds. - Provide clients with detailed knowledge of mutual fund products, investment strategies, and portfolio construction. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients" needs are met through appropriate product offerings. - Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. - Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and deliver exceptional customer service. - Prepare and submit sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management. - Track sales performance, account activities, and lead conversion rates. - Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create promotional materials and campaigns supporting mutual fund sales. - Collaborate with internal departments to address client concerns and ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the financial services or investment management industry, with a focus on mutual funds. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. - Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and asset allocation strategies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
