Manager Mobility

Role Overview: As a Manager in the Materials function of the Global Supply Chain CoE at the company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Eaton Mobility sector. Reporting to the Procurement Manager Mobility Materials, you will collaborate with a cross-functional set of stakeholders to drive improvements in key Materials metrics. Your responsibilities will involve leading a team of approximately 12 to 15 buyers/material planners and supporting the foresight transition for the Mobility business. Key Responsibilities: - Drive collaboration with Business SCM Leadership through effective communication and presentation skills to align with the objectives of the respective Business Group - Lead and manage a team of 15+ members, focusing on building organizational capability through development plans, mentoring, driving accountability, cross-training, and succession planning - Ensure customer engagement and satisfaction by meeting customer expectations, establishing customer-facing KPIs, and resolving customer queries/feedback in a timely manner - Plan, schedule, and manage defined business services to deliver within agreed timescales, budget, and quality criteria - Drive business impact goals such as Inventory DOH reduction and Cost Out/Avoidance Opportunities - Implement strong process rigor through QMS processes to manage Escalation, Root Cause Analysis, Quality Check, Risk Analysis, and Skill & Competency Development - Coach team members in driving Continuous Improvement and addressing potential business leakages or areas for improvement Qualifications: - Engineering Graduate with a Masters degree, preferably in Materials/Production/Operations Management - 12 to 15 years of experience in material planning Additional Company Details: The company values skills in Supply Chain Management and Materials management, along with excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior management, operations, and Supply Chain Management personnel.,
