About the RoleThe Manager Merchant Alliance & Partnerships is responsible for identifying and executing merchant offer partnerships to drive credit card spends. The role involves developing a marketing calendar, creating tactical offers, and managing campaigns across categories such as Travel, Dining, and E-commerce. The incumbent will also manage partner relationships, negotiate brand visibility, and ensure end-to-end implementation of promotions.Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and execute prospective merchant offer partnerships to drive spends.
• Develop a marketing calendar of merchant offers on a yearly basis.
• Create and develop tactical offers for the portfolio in partnership with key merchants.
• Devise a structured approach to networking and negotiation with due diligence to ensure closure.
• Create merchant offers for the credit card portfolio across categories like Travel, Dining, and E-commerce.
• Manage campaign execution, including negotiation of brand visibility and cost for both ATL and BTL campaigns.
  

Secondary Responsibilities

• Evaluate and drive promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line and partnership strategic objectives.
• Ensure end-to-end implementation of credit card promotions with partners.
• Manage and engage partners throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Oversee campaign fulfillment and address any disputes.

Education

• Graduation: Any Graduate
• Post Graduation: MBA in relevant field
  

Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in merchant alliances, partnerships, and campaign management.
