Job Description

Handled MEPF & HVAC projects for Commercial Buildings like industrial Project, Shopping Mall, and Hospitals etc. independent experience for the residential township MEPF projects.
Service & Customer Support Engineer.
Quality Control for development and R&D application for A/C Units.
Maintenance work like Air Compressor, DG & Other utilities.
Bill Checking & Verification
Construction Supervision.
Material, Shop Drawing, Method Statement, Work Plan Approval.
Monitoring Project progress as per schedule & required safety quality measures. Identifying & resolving lapses & constraints.

Note: It's a Project Based assignment of One Year which is likely to be extended at the same project or any other project of Kajima India.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

B. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 20 + years in Construction industry.
Must have executed the MEPF works of Industrial, high rise commercial/residential, five star hotels, IT Building or villas.
Excellent Analytical and Leadership skills.
Have the capability to Monitoring Project Progress / required Safety Quality Measures.
Good knowledge of All MEPF Services.
Capable of construction management.
Able to instruct subcontractors.
Thoroughly familiar with MEP materials and construction methods.
Can read drawings competently.
Able to give instructions to staff.
Capable of managing materials and schedules.
