Manager - Medical Services

As the Chief Medical Officer, you will lead the medical team and be the primary point of contact for all medical-related matters within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety programs to ensure workplace safety and promote employee well-being. - Providing leadership to the medical team to deliver high-quality medical services and efficient emergency response protocols. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate health and safety best practices into operational processes. - Overseeing the management of medical facilities, equipment, and resources to maintain optimal standards of medical care. - Staying updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends to enhance medical services continuously. - Acting as a liaison with external medical providers, regulatory bodies, and community resources to support employee health initiatives. - Conducting regular assessments, audits, and reporting to monitor the effectiveness of health and safety initiatives. - Leading the development and delivery of medical training, workshops, and awareness campaigns for employees. - Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align the medical function with the organization's goals.
