As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing medical strategies to ensure scientific and regulatory compliance while acting as a medical expert for both internal and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing clinical trial activities and overseeing their coordination - Creating and approving promotional materials to align with regulations - Establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders - Collaborating with various departments to provide medical insights and support - Developing and delivering medical education programs for internal teams and external healthcare professionals - Ensuring compliance of all medical content, activities, and materials with industry standards and regulations - Approving promotional materials and overseeing the publication of scientific data In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - An advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field (e.g., MBBS, M.D.) - A strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory requirements - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - The ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Project management and leadership skills This role requires you to have a deep understanding of medical strategies, clinical research, and regulatory compliance, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and contribute to the overall success of the company.
