Manager - MarTech Products

You will be joining Novartis to drive global impact with innovative digital solutions, focusing on Product Management, AI, and content creation for the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. - Develop an activation project plan and schedule with appropriate tasks and deliverables, aligning with product and local markets - Implement and communicate a consistent change management methodology for new capabilities and features to maximize adoption and user satisfaction - Track product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction KPIs to deliver insights for strategic decisions - Build and oversee a training and resource model for using Content products and its capabilities internationally - Establish efficient flow of information and knowledge to ensure transparency and alignment with Content Enablement strategy - Exposure to content & channels, content creation processes in pharmaceutical and life sciences industry - Proven Applied Generative AI experience in real-world scenarios - Bachelors/masters degree in business or technology/engineering/MBA - 5-7 years of experience in Product Management and/or Content Creation - Understanding of working in a matrix and geographically dispersed environment - Hands-on experience in project planning and coordinating resources across multiple teams - Passion for staying updated with the latest marketing technology and digital marketing trends Novartis aims to improve and extend people's lives and become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
