Manager, Markets Compliance

As a Manager within the Markets FX Compliance team at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), you will play a crucial role in providing compliance and advisory support to the global FX trading venues businesses within the Markets division. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a robust compliance framework is maintained for LSEG's FX regulated entities in Asia, including those regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Reserve Bank of India, and Bank Negara Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate advice to supported businesses on regulatory projects and FX business initiatives. - Ensure compliance with regulatory license obligations by meeting notification and filing requirements. - Act as a liaison with both domestic and overseas regulators, attending scheduled meetings and promptly responding to inquiries. - Manage regulatory calendars, compliance procedures, and produce management information and stakeholder reports. - Coordinate and support the wider Markets team with horizon scanning activities, regulatory rules mapping, and risk assessments. - Assist in delivering Compliance assurance reviews as required by business obligations and risk-based assessments. - Support businesses in developing commercial projects from a regulatory perspective, including obtaining necessary permissions and licenses. Qualifications Required: - Graduate level education with relevant financial services experience, preferably in Capital Markets and/or FX markets. - Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills. - Pragmatic problem solver who excels in collaborative environments. - Ability to manage competing workloads effectively. - Skilled in developing good working relationships across different departments and levels within the business. - Strong analytical skills, including experience in regulatory interpretation.
