Experience

• 8–12 years

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Mall Marketing

• Develop & execute the unit marketing plan in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing team
• Lead brand-building & promotional initiatives to drive footfalls and conversions
• Devise marketing strategies to counter competition with unique value propositions
• Manage corporate tie-ups, strategic alliances, and co-branding activities
• Handle local marketing, catchment engagement & event promotions
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and prepare monthly reviews

Retail Solutions

• Partner with retailers to create and implement marketing initiatives that boost sales
• Ensure retailer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support
• Coordinate retailer fit-outs, exits, and compliance processes
• Monitor sales performance and achieve revenue share targets

Space on Hire (SOH)

• Maximize mall branding & promotional space revenue
• Negotiate with agencies and clients to ensure optimal occupancy
• Plan, execute, and report on space-selling initiatives
