Job Description

As the Manager, Managed Services Onboarding at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical onboarding of complex Managed Security Services. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and key stakeholders, providing comprehensive technical project plans, executing onboarding activities from initiation to completion, conducting presentations and workshops, implementing effective Change Management processes, producing high-quality documentation, managing virtual teams, and continuously improving the Transition and Onboarding process. Key Responsibilities: - Establish strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and key stakeholders globally. - Develop detailed technical project plans and pricing strategies for onboarding projects. - Lead and manage onboarding activities from start to finish. - Deliver engaging presentations and workshops related to Onboarding activities. - Implement effective Change Management processes to manage risks. - Create accurate and well-written documentation. - Manage virtual teams to ensure successful onboarding outcomes. - Act as a people manager for the onboarding team, focusing on performance management and team development. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Transition and Onboarding process. Knowledge and Attributes: - Profound understanding of Managed Security Services and SOC services. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Advanced knowledge of Managed Services platforms and tools. - Excellent collaboration skills for building business relationships. - Proficient in coaching and developing teams. - Ability to create detailed plans and pricing information within a structured framework. - Capability to interpret and contribute to contract collateral. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field. - ITIL Foundation certification is required. Required Experience: - Extensive experience in Service Transition and Platform Onboarding. - Proven track record in Enterprise Services and Complex managed services within an IT environment. - Expertise in service design and problem-solving. - Experience in leading and managing a Services Onboarding team.
