About the Company: Our client is the largest M&A consulting firm headquartered in Bengaluru , known for executing high-impact transactions, tax structuring, and end-to-end M&A advisory for domestic and international clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage M&A taxation , transaction structuring , and tax advisory assignments for M&A deals. Design efficient tax structures for acquisitions, mergers, business transfers, and corporate reorganizations Analyze the tax and regulatory implications of cross-border transactions and inbound/outbound investments Liaise with internal teams (Legal, Valuation, Strategy) and external stakeholders (lawyers, investors, clients) to execute transactions smoothly Advise clients on capital gains, indirect transfer provisions, GAAR, transfer pricing , and other complex tax issues Review and finalize client deliverables, reports, and opinion papers Keep abreast of recent changes in tax laws and regulatory frameworks that impact transaction structuring Mentor junior team members and contribute to team learning and development Required Qualifications & Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 5+ years of relevant experience in M&A Tax, Transaction Tax, or Corporate Tax Advisory In-depth knowledge of Income Tax Act, Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations , and international tax principles Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client management skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight timelines Whats on Offer: Be a part of Indias most prestigious M&A advisory platform Work on high-profile domestic and cross-border deals Competitive remuneration with performance-linked incentives Fast-tracked career growth and exposure to leadership opportunities Dynamic and intellectually stimulating work culture
