Manager- Lender Policy

The primary responsibility involves identifying, building, and managing rule engines and policies across partner lenders to optimize business loan and other SME loan applications. You will be leading the development of logic, lender policy negotiations, and routing logics using segmentation approaches. Your role will also include creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), managing vendors at different stages, and digitizing this initiative in a cost-effective manner through iterative processes. In addition, you will be responsible for planning and executing roll-out strategies, managing expectations, and providing training to stakeholders to enhance the funnel and pipeline for various lending solutions to MSMEs. It will be essential to nurture strong partner relationships and ensure alignment of features and policies with them. Developing and implementing acquisition strategies to generate demand in alignment with lender requirements will also be a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will be required to monitor portfolio quality regularly, conduct risk and analytics assessments, and implement proactive corrective measures when necessary.
