As a Legal professional in Mumbai, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Conducting due diligence of Properties. - Drafting sales/Lease deeds. - Handling Litigations. - Demonstrating proficiency in Local Land related laws and bylaws. - Having a thorough understanding of city Master Plans. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Education Requirement: BA LLB - Experience Requirement: 10 - 12 years In addition to the above requirements, you will be expected to showcase the following skills and competencies: - Successfully acquiring a number of sites with complete legal clearance. - Completing due diligence processes within stipulated timeframes. - Ensuring compliance with statutory/legal requirements. - Managing a number of Legal cases effectively.
