Job Description

We are hiring candidate for Assistant Manager/Store Manager/Store Supervisor for our Jewelry client.

Location: Palani, Theni, Cumbum, Aruppukottai, Sivakasi ,Tirunelveli ,Thoothukudi , Nagarkovil, Tenkasi ,

Salary Range: 30,000 50,000

Experience Required: 3 10 years in Jewellery Retail

Benefits : Accommodation & Food Provided ,High Incentives

Reporting To : DGM &MD SIR

Key Responsibilities

Manage full showroom operations and staff performance.
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve business growth.
Handle VIP customers and ensure excellent customer experience.
Supervise stock management, stock movement, tagging, billing accuracy.
Monitor store ambience, jewellery display, safety, and security protocols.
Ensure compliance with BIS, hallmark, billing, and GST rules.
Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and daily briefings.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and present to management.
Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and inventory departments.
Ensure CCTV, safety, and gold security guidelines are strictly followed.

Skills Required

Strong leadership & team management
Deep knowledge of gold, silver & diamond jewellery
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer escalations and high-pressure seasons
Expertise in stock control & showroom operations

Qualifications

Priority for candidates with retail/jewelry background,
Also preferred Car,Textiles, Mobiles, Furniture Showrooms experiences
