Manager - ITPS Vendor Management

As a Contract & Supplier Management professional at Standard Chartered, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on all the Banks technology contracts and suppliers. Your role includes developing and managing relationships with strategic vendors delivering IT Professional services to the Bank, acting as the primary liaison between strategic suppliers and the bank, ensuring effective management of vendors and contracts, and supporting business efficiency programs, cost-saving initiatives, and other contract or supplier rationalization efforts. Key responsibilities: - Developing and managing relationships with strategic vendors - Acting as the primary liaison between strategic suppliers and the bank - Ensuring effective management of vendors and contracts - Supporting business efficiency programs, cost-saving initiatives, and contract rationalization efforts - Ensuring all arrangements conform to Group Key Risk Owner Standards - Supporting audits and regulatory reviews - Tracking and reporting on strategic vendor management activities - Coordinating and executing programs to ensure proper documentation for high criticality contracts - Ensuring adherence to the Banks policies on vendor risk management and compliance to contract milestones - Working closely with the Contract Manager or service owner(s) to ensure commercial terms and objectives are delivered In terms of qualifications, to be considered for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field - 5 to 8 years of experience in Commercial, Finance, Sales, Procurement/Supply Chain, Contract Management, and/or IT project delivery - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Experience in stakeholder management in a complex business environment - Good logical & positive thinking, details orientation, well-organized mindset - High integrity, self-motivation, and ability to identify problems and propose solutions - Sound knowledge of technology sourcing and contracting methodology - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint - Familiarity with IT environment, emerging technologies, IT standards, policies, procedures, and project management framework - Risk awareness and Third-Party Risk management skills Standard Chartered is an international bank committed to driving commerce and prosperity through unique diversity.
