Manager- IT (Software)

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day implementation and monitoring of projects, applying Agile frameworks, and organizing projects into sprints. Handholding and syncing with stakeholders throughout the design, implementation, and test phase will be a key aspect of your role. Working closely with a team of designers, developers, SEO strategists, and content writers, you will execute project plans effectively. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage the testing plan and perform test validation after each sprint. Reviewing output across all levels and providing constructive feedback to teammates will be essential. You will also measure and report on project progress, requiring knowledge of website architecture and development using native HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Your role will involve experience with the UX research process and understanding how it contributes to UI development. You should possess the ability to effectively communicate design and technical information to stakeholders in clear and simple terms. Being highly meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented is crucial for success in this role. Furthermore, your consultative, empathic, and curious approach will be valued. Expertise in project development, data security, and risk management, along with software and console knowledge for implementation support and management in areas such as website, web app, SAP, ERP, CRM, telephony system, and data management, will be required.
