10+ years of experience in leading activities defining and managing IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes Analyze business requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization and develop solutions for IT needs Identify areas of concern and research, recommend and strategize IT solutions Responsible for daily system administration including managing internal network, VPN, system backup, security scans and remediation Determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages Design, develop, implement and coordinate policies and procedures across network, compute, database and security Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations. Monitor IT resources utilization, performance and cost Implement procedures for IT resources optimization, reliability, and availability Perform regular operation system reports and report them to senior staff Conduct regular system audits and checks across the network, server, database, and security. Hands-on Enterprise-graduating enterprise-grade IT estate including networking, computing, data protection, data backup/restore and security Experience with supporting ERP applications (SAP, Oracle Netsuke, etc) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc) is highly preferred Experience with vendor management to implement and manage IT projects is mandatory
