Qualification – B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or related field

Experience: 10–12 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, exposure to the Fintech industry preferred

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management –

  Plan, deploy, and manage servers, networks, storage systems, and IT hardware to ensure optimal performance and uptime

  .

• Cybersecurity Oversight –

  Implement and monitor security policies, firewalls, antivirus systems, intrusion prevention, vulnerability assessments, and patch management

  .

• Server & Network Administration –

  Manage Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud services (AWS/Azure), and LAN/WAN networks

  .

• Hardware & Asset Management –

  Oversee procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other devices

  .

• Disaster Recovery & Backup –

  Establish and maintain backup systems, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity strategies

  .

• Compliance & Audit Support –

  Ensure IT infrastructure complies with industry standards, RBI/NPCI guidelines, and data privacy regulations

  .

• Team Leadership –

  Supervise IT support teams, provide training, and ensure quick resolution of incidents and service requests

  .

• Vendor Coordination –

  Manage contracts and service agreements with hardware, software, and telecom vendors

  .

• Innovation & Optimization –

  Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.

Core Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity tools, protocols, and regulatory requirements in Fintech.
• Expertise in Server Administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, cloud platforms, and storage systems.
• Solid understanding of network security, routing, switching, and firewall management.
• Experience in IT hardware lifecycle management and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Fintech IT compliance standards and data protection laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and vendor management capabilities

Preferred Industry Exposure

• Fintech, BFSI, or payment technology companies.

• Experience in handling secure financial transaction environments.
