Manager IT (ERP)

As a Manager IT (ERP) at our company, your role will involve applying your knowledge of different business functions and policies to assist ERP system end-users. You will be responsible for creating and updating ERP system policies, procedures, and business rules. Additionally, you will facilitate training sessions, participate in user group meetings, and act as a liaison between application end-users and technical support. Your duties will include providing instruction, assistance, and support services to ERP system end-users, notifying ERP vendor technical support of system issues, and testing new system functionality in test databases. Key Responsibilities: - Apply knowledge of different business functions and policies to resolve concerns reported by ERP system end-users - Assist in creating and updating ERP system policies, procedures, and business rules - Facilitate training sessions and participate in user group meetings - Act as a liaison between application end-users and technical support - Provide instruction, assistance, and support services to ERP system end-users - Notify ERP vendor technical support of system issues - Test new system functionality, reports, and queries in test databases - Review system records and provide information to management on identified issues or concerns - Assist in identifying processes and constructing process flows - Troubleshoot system problems - Ensure end users have optimum use of the system - Provide input into improving system reliability, availability, and performance - Provide management with reports as needed Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of experience in ERP implementation and maintenance - Graduation with Diploma in Computer Applications or B Tech or MCA - Experience working in the Farvision R2 ERP is a must In case of any additional details of the company, they are not provided in the job description.
