Manager IT (ERP)

The position of Manager IT (ERP) at our organization in Noida requires 4 to 6 years of experience in ERP implementation and maintenance. As the Manager IT (ERP), you will utilize your knowledge of different business functions and policies to address concerns raised by ERP system end-users. You will play a key role in the creation and updating of ERP system policies, procedures, and business rules. Additionally, you will assist in conducting training sessions, participating in user group meetings, and acting as a liaison between application end-users and technical support. Your responsibilities will include providing instruction, assistance, and support services to ERP system end-users, notifying ERP vendor technical support of system issues, and testing new system functionality in test databases. You will review system records, identify issues or concerns, and collaborate with management to address them. With your expertise in ERP systems, you will help identify processes and construct process flows, troubleshoot system problems, and ensure that end users make optimum use of the system. A successful candidate for this role should have a graduation degree with a Diploma in Computer Applications or a B.Tech or MCA qualification. Experience working with the Farvision R2 ERP system is essential. Key skills required for this position include proficiency in Farvision, ERP systems, real estate industry knowledge, and technical support.
