Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Lead Process Creation, Opportunity Identification & Automation
-Develop and implement rules, processes, procedures for IPM that are aligned with business goals, ensuring the IPM Team is equipped with the right tools, content, and training to drive performance and productivity.
Oversee Training and Capability Building -
Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, and skill development, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration -
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of enablement initiatives across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in leading enablement initiatives and or automation/project management/system design
Experience in BFSI preferred
