Role

Manager Inventory & Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Controls

Manage bullion, WIP, and finished jewellery across locations.
Maintain inventory master, track movements, and ensure accurate real-time reporting.
Monitor stock levels, ageing, and wastage; slow moving/non-moving inventory, optimize inventory flow.
Lead cycle counts, physical verification, audits, and provide audit support.

Data Analytics & Reporting

Extract, clean, and analyse inventory and procurement data using SQL.
Build dashboards and analytical frameworks in Power BI to track stock trends, consumption patterns, and inventory performance.
Provide actionable insights to support procurement, inventory planning, and cost efficiency.
Develop automated reporting and alert systems for faster, data-driven decision-making.
Drive jewellery analytics covering consumption, margin analysis, stock turnover, and procurement efficiency.

Procurement & Costing

Oversee gold procurement, vendor management, and optimize purchase decisions.
Monitor jewellery costing, perform variance analysis, and ensure accurate inventory valuation as per Ind AS.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in
SQL
, and knowledge of
Power BI
and
Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Deep understanding of jewellery inventory management, gold procurement, and costing.
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
