Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Sales & BD Manager to drive global business growth for our Speciality Chemicals division. The role involves developing new international markets, managing key customer accounts, and identifying strategic opportunities to expand product reach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute international sales strategies for speciality chemical products
Identify, acquire, and manage key global customers and distribution partners
Generate new business leads and explore untapped international markets
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development
Coordinate with R&D, production, and technical teams for customer-specific requirements
Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and commercial discussions
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
Participate in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits
Ensure compliance with global regulations and documentation standards
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and market insights

Candidate Requirements

MBA (Sales & Marketing) + B.Sc/M.Sc/BE in Chemical/Related field
57 years experience in international sales/BD in speciality chemicals
Strong understanding of chemical applications and global markets
Proven track record in developing international business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
