Job

Responsible for CDMO establish the business line, define strategy, identify target markets, and develop service offerings.
Grow sales and revenue by securing new CDMO/API contracts with pharma and biotech companies.
Leverage existing industry relationships to quickly build a strong sales pipeline.
Manage key client relationships and ensure smooth project delivery.
Use technical knowledge in pharma sciences or chemistry to understand client needs and work with internal teams.
Track market trends and competitors to refine business strategy.
Represent the company at industry events to promote CDMO services.
Build and lead a small team focused on business growth.

Requirements

10+ years of API sales experience with strong knowledge of the pharma value chain.
Proven expertise in CDMO business development with established industry contacts.
Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong commercial, networking, and negotiation skills.
