Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

BE / Diploma - Civil

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 15 years of experience in execution of high end interiors works with five star hotels or luxurious residential projects
Should have an eye on detailing and timelines
Should have good knowledge on marble work, joinery, false-ceiling, painting, Furniture, fixtures and equipment

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will be responsible for execution and monitoring of interiors work as per the drawings for our premium residential projects.
On site coordination and supervision of interior works, fixture installations, civil works, carpentry, POP and fabrication works.
Raising procurement PR
Prepare daily, weekly reports of interior work and preparing the schedule and presentations
Reconciliation of materials
Selection of interior parts like marble, fabrics, leather etc.
Reviewing project schedules, meeting deadlines and monitoring project within budget parameters.

KEY SKILLS:

Knowledge of latest market trends in fit outs, materials and technology essential.

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop.
