Position: Manager Interior Works (Hotel Construction Project)

Organization: Chandigarh University

Location: [Wakhnaghat, Shimla]
Experience Required: 6–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end interior works for hotel/hostel projects, ensuring high-quality design execution and finishing.
• Handle interiors of dormitories, lounges, dining halls, reception areas, and other common facilities.
• Manage material selection, procurement, and finishing standards in alignment with project requirements and aesthetics.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless execution of interior works.
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and resolve on-site challenges to avoid delays.
• Provide technical inputs on space planning, functionality, and durability of interior elements.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil/Interior Design/Architecture (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 6–7 years in interior works, preferably in hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong expertise in material selection, finishing, and vendor/contractor coordination.
• Ability to manage project timelines, cost, and quality effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
