As the Procurement Manager for IVOAPL, your role involves overseeing various procurement activities and strategies to ensure smooth operations and cost savings. Your responsibilities include: - Vendor Management & Implementation of Key procurement strategies - Conducting Savings / Net Benefit Analysis and initiating Cost reduction Initiatives - Performing Market Analysis & Benchmarking - Coordinating with internal stakeholders & Vendors for the effective execution of Contracts and Orders - Negotiating with local suppliers and coordinating shipments with local logistic staff - Planning and scheduling the availability of chemicals based on monthly forecast requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong SAP knowledge on Credit and Collections transaction codes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel pivot tables - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to research and evaluate data for decision-making - Discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality - Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively - Quick problem-solving skills to drive revenue and success as a group With over 12 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior position with team handling, you are well-equipped to lead procurement operations effectively. Ensure compliance with EHS procedures, follow site safety protocols, and support safety campaigns to prevent injuries. Implement the PSM culture and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
