About the Role

Adfactors PR, Indias largest independent communications firm, is seeking high-performing professionals with a strong foundation in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Advisory to join our specialised Capital Markets & Financial Communications practice.

This role is designed for individuals who combine financial acumen with storytelling skills and the ability to advise CXOs and Boards in high-stakes scenarios. You will work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and communications, shaping narratives that move markets and influence business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Capital Markets & Deal Advisory
• Drive communications for IPOs, M&As, equity capital market transactions, and investor relations.
• Interpret financial data and market trends to craft impactful narratives for stakeholders.
• Strategic Counsel
• Advise leadership teams on boardroom disputes, regulatory challenges, crises, and corporate positioning.
• Prepare high-quality advisory documents, research insights, and execution roadmaps.
• Execution Excellence
• Manage end-to-end IPO and M&A communications, including media relations, investor outreach, and SEBI compliance-related storytelling.
• Support CEOs and CFOs in thought leadership positioning, speeches, and media engagements.
• Research & Insights
• Conduct deep-dive research on capital markets, financial regulations, and business ecosystems.
• Track market intelligence to deliver proactive counsel.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience:
• 3+ years in Investment Banking (deal origination / capital markets), Consulting, Investor Relations, or Generalist roles in CEO/Strategy offices.
• Exposure to IPO processes, SEBI regulations, or financial communications is a strong advantage.
• Core Skills:
• Strong financial analysis and market research skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling, boardroom-ready narratives.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Engineer / CA with MBA Finance or CFA.
