Manager Hub Operations

As the Supply Chain Manager, your role involves overseeing the overall strategy and execution of the supply chain management function. You will be responsible for planning and directing activities and operations of the business to ensure effective execution of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with zero deviations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and enhance accuracy and efficiency within operations. - Managing customer rapport and networking, with a focus on handling Key accounts. - Overseeing staff recruitment, training, leadership, and employee development. - Collaborating with freight and transportation companies to optimize routes and rates. To excel in this role, you should be driven, growth-oriented, and accountable. You must possess a high-level vision while also being capable of delving into individual execution details. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of experience in Hub Operations (Preferred) - 5 years of experience in Line haul operations (Preferred) - 1 year of experience in Mother Hub operations (Preferred) The company offers benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
