Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the HR Strategy & Transformation team, your role will involve specializing in select areas within HR to help clients target and deliver values for their HR and Talent investments using a distributed delivery model that can be deployed globally. You will work onsite, near shore, and offshore to ensure effective HR strategies and transformations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Designing HR Operating Models including Organization Design and Capability Enhancement - Developing Competency Based Talent Management strategies including Competency Modelling, Design, Assessment, and Integration with HR & Talent processes - Analyzing and optimizing Workforce Management for improved effectiveness - Assessing, designing, and deploying HR Shared Services for enhanced operational efficiency - Driving Process Excellence through HR & Talent Processes design, innovation, and Implementation - Implementing HR SaaS solutions by designing processes, configuring systems, conducting training, and enabling change management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in HR strategy and transformation projects - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed delivery model (Note: No additional details about the company are provided in the Job Description),
