Job Description

Role Overview: As part of the HR Strategy & Transformation team, you will specialize in various areas within HR to assist clients in targeting and delivering value for their HR and Talent investments. You will be working with a distributed delivery model that can be deployed globally, including onsite, near shore, and offshore locations. Key Responsibilities: - Designing HR Operating Models, including HR Op Model Design, Organization Design, and Capability Enhancement - Developing Competency Based Talent Management strategies, involving Competency Modelling, Design, Assessment, and Integration with HR & Talent processes - Analyzing and optimizing Workforce Management, focusing on workforce effectiveness analysis, planning, and optimization - Assessing, designing, and deploying HR Shared Services to improve operational efficiency - Driving Process Excellence in HR & Talent Processes by designing innovative processes and implementing them effectively - Implementing HR SaaS solutions by designing processes, configuring systems, providing training, and enabling change management Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in HR strategy and transformation projects - Proficiency in designing and implementing HR operating models - In-depth knowledge of Competency Based Talent Management and workforce analysis - Experience in HR Shared Services assessment and deployment - Proven track record in driving process excellence and implementing SaaS solutions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Please Note: The Job Description does not include any additional details about the company.,
