Manager- HR Operations & Payroll

As an HR Compliance Specialist, your role involves ensuring 100% compliance with statutory obligations such as PF, ESI, TDS, PT, LWF, and other labor laws. You will be responsible for filing quarterly and annual Income Tax returns accurately and within due dates. Additionally, maintaining half-yearly Professional Tax workings and owning the compliance tracker to ensure updates are submitted each month are key aspects of your responsibilities. Your role will also require you to be involved in Salary Benchmarking and drive HR automation initiatives on HRMS in alignment with internal stakeholders. Ensuring timely addition and deletion of employees in Mediclaim, processing reimbursement claims within SLA, and providing data support and governance for internal Reward & Recognition and confirmation dashboards are crucial tasks. Furthermore, you will be expected to ensure timely submission of Management reports, develop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards for leadership reviews, and analyze trends in attrition, headcount, performance, and engagement to support strategic decisions. Providing predictive analytics to forecast workforce needs and risks, collaborating with business leaders to interpret HR data, and recommending actionable insights will be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reports.
