Manager HR - Operations

We are seeking an experienced Manager - HR Operations to ensure seamless execution of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will drive HR operational excellence, implement HR policies, and support organizational growth through efficient HR Process administration. Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, compliance, and HR analytics. Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations. Manage HR systems and ensure accurate data management. Lead HR process automation and improve operational efficiency. Oversee compensation & benefits administration ensuring compliance and timely payouts. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding, exit formalities, and HR documentation. Optimize HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives. HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making. Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Coordinate vendor management related to HR services. Previous Experience/Knowledge: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters will be additional advantage. 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations primarily into Payroll & compliance . Strong knowledge of HR policies, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in HRMS systems, payroll software, and HR analytics tools (preferred). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment. Experience in process optimization and automation in HR functions. Preferred Qualifications Certification in HR compliance / payroll management. Knowledge of HR technology trends and implementation. Notice Period: Early joiners are preferred
