As an Assistant Manager / Manager in Home Loan at JUSTO, you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining home loan processes for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Understand clients" financial needs and offer advice on suitable home loan options. - Assist clients in preparing and submitting loan applications along with necessary documentation. - Develop and maintain relationships with banks and NBFCs to facilitate smooth loan processes. - Negotiate terms and conditions of loan agreements to secure favorable outcomes for clients. - Monitor the entire home loan application process and ensure timely disbursement of funds. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal requirements of all loan-related documents. - Stay updated with regulatory changes in home loan policies to ensure adherence. - Collaborate with sales and legal teams to provide a seamless property buying experience. - Provide training to the sales team on loan products and procedures. - Stay informed about market trends and home loan products to recommend innovative solutions for customer satisfaction.
