Manager - Hind Sighting - Housing - Credit

Role Overview: As a File Audit Officer at the company, your primary responsibility will be to conduct file audits at assigned locations according to the hind sighting process. You will need to observe deficiencies, provide feedback, and ensure appropriate closure of the audit process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct periodical inspections of disbursed files to ensure compliance with process and policy norms, and identify areas for improvement regularly. - Provide feedback to internal customers (credit and operations teams) on qualitative processing and support process enhancements. - Implement effective controls and improvements in process design, system, and operations as needed. - Generate reports on documentation processes while adhering to timelines and ensuring accuracy. - Review customer data entry for demographic details, efficiency in LOS/Finone, and minimize error rates in file processing. - Stay updated on policy changes in file processing and integrate them into the inspection process. - Coordinate for NHB and other statutory audits related to file management. - Prepare accurate reports and MIS for review purposes. - Provide training to location teams on policies to ensure compliance with process norms. - Validate all PMAY files before submission of claims to regulators. - Ensure and validate KYC checking at 100%.
