Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Guwahati for a Manager in the Government Annuity Channel at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The Manager will build and maintain relationships with local government departments and public sector entities to enhance collaboration and business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing key government accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to ensure efficient service delivery, and monitoring policy compliance. The role requires proactive communication with stakeholders and consistent coordination to meet business targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Government Relations and working with Local Government bodies
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and fostering relationships
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess business operations and identify growth opportunities
• Knowledge of Public Sector operations and processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Relevant experience in insurance or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field
