Manager, Governance and Reporting

Role Overview: You will be joining the Group Internal Audit (GIA) team as a Manager to support the Planning, Delivery, MI, and Reporting team within the Chief Operations Officer (COO) team. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze various types of data and present key Management Information (MI) and insights to uplift the functions and Bank's performance. Using tools like Dataiku, PowerBI, and Tableau, you will drive innovation in the function and generate data-led insights to help Group Internal Audit achieve its objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Understand both Bank and GIA strategy to align MI outcomes and data insights - Support the GIA function for quicker and key actions based on data - Comprehend Bank's structure and GIA structure for various reporting - Prepare various reports related to Project Finance and Governance matters - Innovate using simplification, standardization, and automation of processes - Use data analytics to design and build effective MI dashboards - Collaborate with colleagues across different locations and stakeholders within GIA audit function - Support COO in managing audit risk through reporting - Maintain high data quality and compliance with data sovereignty and confidentiality - Build and maintain key relationships with key stakeholders - Be an ambassador of Bank's values - Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group policies and procedures Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business preferred - Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis and management reporting role, preferably in internal audit or risk function,
