Manager, Global Cloud Operations Center

As the Manager of the Global Cloud Operations Center at Anthology in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in defining, implementing, and overseeing the functions of the GCOC. Your primary responsibility will involve monitoring real-time cloud platform performance to ensure optimal metrics and customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include owning the Alerts & Events management, Incident and Escalation processes, maintaining high performance levels, accurate reporting, and initiating service improvement activities as needed. You will take charge of major incidents, ensuring coordination among resolving parties, effective stakeholder communication, and conducting post-incident reviews. Your role will also involve monitoring, controlling, and supporting service delivery while ensuring adherence to established systems, methodologies, and procedures. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure service delivery. Experience in overseeing 24x7 Command Center operations, Monitoring & Event management, KPI reporting, Outage communications, and managing critical incidents is essential. Proficiency in English and Hindi communication, familiarity with Service Management Tools, Microsoft Azure Basics, and ITIL processes for Infrastructure Management are also required. Client-facing skills are a must-have for effective performance in this role. Preferred qualifications include basic System Administration knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Networking.
