Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all activities related to Mining Geology and Mineral Exploration, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and achievement of business targets.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute operational and technical functions in alignment with project timelines and statutory requirements.
• Responsible for geological mapping, core logging, sample preparation, and data interpretation from diamond core drill holes.
• Prepare detailed geological reports, cross-sections, and ore body models to support mine planning and decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to statutory norms, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Mining, Survey, and Environment to ensure integrated operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience and proficiency in software such as Surpac, Global Mapper, CAD, or equivalent geological and mine planning tools.
• Provide technical guidance to the geology team, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices

Any Other Skill / Attribute:

• In-depth understanding of Mining Geology, Exploration Techniques, and Ore Body Evaluation.
• Familiarity with statutory compliance related to geology and mining operations.
• Strong analytical, technical, and reporting skills.
