Manager GenAI

As the Gen AI Manager at GlobalLogic, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and maintain large-scale Generative AI solutions, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs). This role requires a combination of strategic leadership and hands-on technical execution, including architecture design, LLM fine-tuning, deployment, and ensuring operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - **AI Architecture & Strategy:** - Design scalable, high-performance AI/LLM systems for production environments. - Define AI model strategy, infrastructure requirements, and integration with existing systems. - **LLM Operations (LLM Ops):** - Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of LLMs in production. - Manage model versioning, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and inference optimization. - **Team Leadership & Collaboration:** - Lead a team of AI engineers, ML Ops specialists, and data scientists. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate AI capabilities into impactful solutions. - **Innovation & R&D:** - Research and evaluate emerging AI/LLM technologies. - Drive adoption of best practices in AI model development, deployment, and operations. - **Security & Compliance:** - Ensure AI systems comply with data privacy, security, and ethical standards. - Implement governance around model usage and outputs. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. - 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with significant experience in Generative AI and LLMs. - Hands-on experience with AI architecture, model deployment, and operationalization (LLM Ops). - Expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and inference optimization. - Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools. - Understanding of AI ethics, security, and compliance considerations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with multi-modal AI, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems. - Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search. - Experience scaling AI solutions for enterprise-level production.
