Manager GCC

Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishing and developing the Global Capability Centre in BIL, ensuring seamless integration with global engineering teams. Your strong technical profile will enable you to be the central point for professional communication around specific support tasks for the GCC team. You will be accountable for delivering high quality work and aligning with the required quality level. Your expertise in GCC will be utilized to oversee and execute projects efficiently, ensuring adherence to established systems, processes, and standards. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices to enhance engineering quality and efficiency, and drive competence maintenance and development in the GCC team to meet current needs. Travel to various locations may be required to support project execution and global collaboration efforts. Building and maintaining a strong professional network within the organization and across key industry stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your role.
