Manager GCC

You will be responsible for establishing and developing the Global Capability Centre in BIL, ensuring seamless integration with global engineering teams. Your strong technical profile will make you the central point for professional communication regarding specific support tasks for the GCC team. Your role will involve delivering high quality work while aligning with the required quality level. Leveraging your expertise in GCC, you will oversee and execute projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring adherence to established systems, processes, and standards. It will be your responsibility to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance engineering quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will continuously drive competence maintenance and development in the GCC team to meet actual needs. Travel to various locations may be required to support project execution and global collaboration efforts. Building and maintaining a strong professional network within the organization and across key industry stakeholders will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within a global engineering environment is essential, along with a strong background in engineering and project execution. Experience in setting up or managing offshore capability centers is considered an advantage.
