Key Responsibilities: - Identify and implement enhancements in existing financial processes within the engagement. - Oversee the development and implementation of sustainable financial processes to meet future business requirements. - Lead proposals related to offerings and ensure successful delivery to clients. - Manage projects delivering high-quality advisory services to major clients with a practical approach. - Contribute to the creation of new services, tools, and materials to enhance market success. - Achieve growth targets, operational excellence, and implement EY policies effectively. - Participate in recruiting, retaining, and training professionals while maintaining client relationships. - Create an environment conducive to effective team management and delivery. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12+ years of relevant consulting experience, preferably with exposure to large-scale projects and Big 4 or leading consultancy background. - Knowledge of Finance domain and FS sector, with a strong network in the field. - Experience in Finance Transformation, System Implementation, ZBB, and Financial Planning & Budgeting. - Expertise in F&A Solutioning, GBS topics, and business development skills. - Proficiency in IT systems such as SAP, TPA, Service Now, etc. - Strong communication and presentation skills in English. - CA or MBA in Finance, with additional professional degrees like CPA, CFA, CMA considered based on experience. - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, flexibility to work in a global environment with travel requirements.
