Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced Manager, FP&A to be part of our FP&A team. You will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial insights and support across all aspects of Americas and Channel GTM organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you'll be responsible for:
- Analyzing and presenting comprehensive financial data, including variance analysis and KPIs, to senior management
- Supporting the Sales function with critical financial metrics such as sales efficiency, productivity, and pipeline
- Building and evaluating detailed, scenario-based financial models for investment priorities and their business impact
- Developing and optimizing operational and financial processes in collaboration with business systems for maximum efficiency and forecast accuracy
- Leading QBRs and Annual Business Planning initiatives, while coaching and guiding analysts on their projects
What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- CA/Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A with a focus on supporting sales, marketing, or preferably GTM functions in a SaaS or technology company
- Knowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization tool
- Proficient with salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Clari and/or other comparable software systems
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualification)
- Experience of leading a team of 5+ analysts
- Flexibility to work U.S. time for business/team meetings and during the peak days of the quarterly reporting process
