Manager FP&A

InthisRole,YourResponsibilitiesWillBe:

1. Business Partnering & Strategy Support

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial insights to support strategy, budgeting, and operational decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
• Translate financial data into meaningful recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
• Project Controlling & Execution Support: Oversee financial aspects of project management including cost control, revenue recognition, and margin analysis

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes in alignment with business goals.
• Prepare variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/budget) with explanations and corrective action plans.
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business planning and investment decisions.

1. Performance Management

• Monitor KPIs, financial metrics, and operational performance to drive accountability.
• Provide insights on business performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support leadership in achieving financial targets and operational efficiency.

1. Reporting & Insights

• Deliver timely and accurate management reporting with meaningful commentary.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for key financial and operational metrics.
• Present financial insights to senior management in a clear, concise, and actionable way.

1. Decision Support & Projects

• Support evaluation of new business opportunities, investments, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Partner with stakeholders on pricing, product profitability, and business case development.
• Provide financial expertise in transformation, restructuring, or process improvement initiatives.

1. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support audits and compliance reviews as required.
• Promote a culture of financial discipline across the business.

ForThisRole,YouWill Need:

• Able to take accountability and owning accounting quality for financial reporting purposes.
• Working knowledge in Oracle with skills in adopting new technologies or applications
• Hands-on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel Power BI & related presentation tools.
• Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with complex processes, systems and tools
• Strong numerical, analytical skills with accuracy along with communication skills
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and create dynamic management reports
• Great teammate who buildsandmaintains positiverelationships with Team members
• Able tomanageandschedulemultipleprioritiesandmeetdeadlines

PreferredQualificationsthatSetYouApart:

• Chartered accountant / MBA finance with at least15 years of experience in

  Finance

  MNC experience preferred.
