Job Description

Job Title: Manager Finance Company: NACL Industries Ltd. Location: Ethakota Plant Experience: Minimum 15 years (Agrochemical Formulation/Pharma Industry) Qualification: Minimum: B.Com with 15+ years of experience Preferred: M.Com/B.Com with 10+ years of experience in Agrochemical Formulation/Pharma Job Purpose: To manage plant accounting transactions, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and expenditure schedules while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory norms. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting transactions for plant operations. Prepare and maintain monthly expense schedules. Verify and process local purchases, Capex/Asset items, and vendor invoices. Perform monthly closing activities, including provision entries and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with statutory norms (GST, TDS, TCS) and coordinate with auditors. Conduct bank reconciliations and submit periodic financial reports to Corporate Finance. Collect budget requirements from different departments and coordinate fund allocations. Manage payments for electricity bills, transportation, capital expenditures, and statutory dues. Maintain books and records as per the Companies Act, 2013. Provide taxation updates on government regulations to relevant stakeholders. Ensure timely accounting and reconciliation of vendor, customer, and general ledger accounts. Oversee SAP transactions and generate required financial reports.
