Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance, and statutory processes, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply expertise in IND AS accounting methodologies and guidelines with hands-on experience.
• Manage direct tax matters and handle tax audits with practical knowledge.
• Oversee closure of annual audits and preparation of financial statements in line with accounting principles.
• Handle monthly book closing activities, including variance analysis, ensuring accurate and fair reporting of accounts.
• Manage MIS reporting for compliance and internal purposes.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises on a monthly basis.
• Supervise statutory compliances, including FEMA requirements.
• Ensure accurate costing processes and correct reflection of cost of goods sold.
• Oversee internal and statutory audit processes.
• Manage treasury functions, including complete cash flow management.
