Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, compliance, and statutory processes, ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply expertise in IND AS accounting methodologies and guidelines with hands-on experience.
Manage direct tax matters and handle tax audits with practical knowledge.
Oversee closure of annual audits and preparation of financial statements in line with accounting principles.
Handle monthly book closing activities, including variance analysis, ensuring accurate and fair reporting of accounts.
Manage MIS reporting for compliance and internal purposes.
Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises on a monthly basis.
Supervise statutory compliances, including FEMA requirements.
Ensure accurate costing processes and correct reflection of cost of goods sold.
Oversee internal and statutory audit processes.
Manage treasury functions, including complete cash flow management.
