Good Years of experience in finance and accounts, with a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly), including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth
Compliance and Risk Management*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws, company laws, and accounting standards. Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
Audits and Assurance: Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring smooth audits and compliance with auditing standards.
