Job Description

We are looking for a

Manager Accounts & Finance

who will be responsible for managing the complete finance function of the organization, including financial reporting, statutory compliances, budgeting, payroll, and audits.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting:
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements.
MIS & Analysis:
Generate accurate monthly MIS reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Statutory Compliances:
Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings such as GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
Payroll & Compliance:
Oversee payroll processing and ensure adherence to related compliances.
Audit Coordination:
Liaise with internal and statutory auditors; ensure compliance and timely closure of audit requirements.
Reconciliations:
Manage monthly reconciliation of receivables, payables, and inventory.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Prepare budgets, track variances, and support forecasting to drive financial planning and control.

Requirements

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent.
Experience
:
3 plus years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/ERP/SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
