Manager - Field Effectiveness

As a Manager - Field Effectiveness at Novartis, you will be responsible for providing analytics support to internal customers such as CPOs and Regional marketing and sales teams. You will play a crucial role in facilitating data-driven decision-making by delivering qualitative and quantitative analytics reports. Your primary focus will be on project management, ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of multiple projects. Your responsibilities will include owning the delivery of various projects, from requirement gathering to deployment stages, to ensure successful dashboard delivery. You will also be expected to independently run ad hoc analytics, lead support for building analytics products/platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process innovation. To excel in this role, you should possess strong project management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in Incentive Compensation (IC) technical skills, including designing IC plans and providing guidance to the team. Desirable qualifications for this role include a University/Advanced degree in fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics & Statistics, MBA with a Bachelor's in Science, or similar educational backgrounds. A minimum of 9+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Pharma, Excel, SQL, Analytics, and related areas is preferred.
